Implement HR strategies aligned with global and local priorities
Partner with employees and leaders to address workplace needs
Guide managers through HR policies, processes, and best practices
Oversee HR process execution and ensure regulatory compliance
Support performance management and development activities
Drive talent planning, succession, and recruitment efforts
Coordinate learning needs with internal partners
Monitor engagement and turnover trends; recommend solutions
Lead employee relations, welfare support, and issue resolution
Facilitate communication and training on HR policies and programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and strategic HR initiatives
Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Taleo, etc.)
Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship‑building skills
Knowledge of labor relations and compliance requirements
