Construction
Responsibilities
Leads execution of treasury transactions including wires, ACH, internal transfers, and investment settlements
Leads daily cash positioning and liquidity management across operating, reserve, and investment accounts with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and visibility
Partners with FP&A to evaluate daily and forecasted liquidity requirements, funding timing and deployment of excess cash
Provides treasury insight into cash forecasts to support liquidity planning and return optimization
Prepares treasury reporting related to cash balances, liquidity, yields and forecast alignment for management review
Executes and directs cash movements between operating accounts, MMAs, MMFs, and other approved liquidity vehicles in accordance with established practices
Supports return optimization on excess liquidity within approved risk, liquidity and investment parameters
Plays a key role in selecting, implementing and administering a Treasury Management System, including workflow design, bank connectivity and reporting
Supports the development, documentation and implementation of treasury policies, procedures and operating practices
Administers banking platforms and user entitlements in alignment with established control and approval frameworks
Serves as a primary operational partner to banking institutions, managing day-to-day interactions and account administration
Identifies and drives continuous improvement in treasury processes, automation and reporting as the function evolves
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
5+ years of progressive treasury and cash management experience demonstrating independent judgment and accountability
Experience partnering with FP&A to support liquidity planning and cash forecasting
Hands-on experience executing treasury transactions and administering banking platforms
Experience operating within defined control, approval and governance frameworks
Preferred
CPA or similar professional certification
Treasury Management System implementation or administration experience
Experience supporting treasury operations in a growing, decentralized or multi-entity environment
Experience partnering with Accounting, FP&A, IT and external auditors
