Responsibilities
Manage the front desk/lobby area of the office
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments for firm Partners (on occasion)
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for clients and effective support for internal staff
Process outgoing and incoming mail
Order supplies (on occasion)
Scan documents
Assist with scheduling, managing online portal for clients, and clerical processing of tax return packets
Assist with in-office events with set up and clean up duties (i.e. office breakfast, lunch, happy hours, or other events)
Assist Office Manager as needed
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
2-5+ years of related experience in an office environment
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential material in a reliable manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional etiquette
Proactive, excellent time management, able to prioritize multiple time-sensitive tasks, and has a drive to continually learn and grow as a professional
Willing to work extended hours as needed during our busy tax season (January 1 - April 15)
Preferred
Experience within a CPA or professional services environment
