Lead Incoming, In‑Process, and Final Inspection teams
Own MRB, nonconforming material control, and CAPA
Drive root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives
Lead internal and external audits (ISO 9001)
Build and present meaningful quality metrics
Partner cross‑functionally to strengthen manufacturing performance
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Quality and/or Operations within complex manufacturing
Prior people leadership experience
Strong ISO 9001 knowledge (auditor experience a plus)
Experience with electro-mechanical assemblies
Clear communicator who can influence across teams
