Responsibilities
Provide 60% deskside support & 40% phone support
Triage Level II/III Incident & Service Request tickets
Troubleshoot & resolve Incident tickets related to hardware, software, & the network
Resolve Level l Incident and Service Request tickets
Validate with internal customers that the Incident or Service Request has been resolved & update ITSM ticketing system
Interface with IT infrastructure, security, app management, database & governance teams
Adhere to and execute IT Security Policies, Processes & Procedures
Write & update Knowledgebase articles
Contribute to IT's Continual Service Improvement efforts
Complete multiple simultaneous projects & support tasks promptly
Perform other duties or special projects
Qualification
Required
3+ years in IT support, including helpdesk / deskside
Windows OS & MS Office support skills
Active Directory experience
Network support & troubleshooting skills
PC imaging & configuration skills
Experience installing software & providing systems access
Experience validating that PCs are fully encrypted
Software & hardware support skills
Cisco VOIP (or similar) troubleshooting skills
Must work flexible hours, on-call, & some weekends (3-5 hours of overtime, weekly)
Must own a reliable vehicle, have a valid license & clean driving record
Must transport IT equipment between offices
Must use your cell phone for work calls/texts
Must pass a background check & drug test (excluding THC)
