Tier 1 Customer Support

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking a detail-oriented Billing and Disputes Specialist to join their team in Raleigh. In this role, you will provide vital support in resolving billing inquiries and managing account reconciliations for over 10,000 system users.
Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve disputes or discrepancies in billed amounts and payment transactions
Conduct outbound calls to assist in collection efforts
Reconcile accounts as needed to ensure financial accuracy
Maintain accurate records of all calls, inquiries, and resolutions
Ensure all tasks are completed within designated targets and escalate issues as necessary
Communicate progress and resolution status clearly to end users

Billing experienceCollections experienceCustomer support experienceMS Office proficiencyAttention to detailOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

2+ years of professional experience in billing, collections, or customer support
High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex billing issues simply
Must be local to the Raleigh, NC area for hybrid attendance
