Responsibilities
Analyze partner account performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
Track partner goals, KPIs, and adoption metrics
Conduct market trend analysis and forecasting to inform strategy
Provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders
Support ongoing music partner initiatives and inbound partner management
Coordinate across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships teams
Anticipate bottlenecks and help balance business objectives with operational constraints
Resolve blocking issues by aligning internal stakeholder groups
Work closely with Strategic Partner Managers and Solutions Managers
Present performance insights and updates to diverse audiences
Communicate priorities clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Operate effectively in a high-growth, startup-like environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in consulting, partnerships, account management, or project/program management
Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
Experience working directly with entertainment or media partners
Background in Tech, Social Media, Digital Media, or Entertainment industries
Strong operational and cross-functional coordination skills
Experience with data analysis and performance reporting
Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Preferred
Fluency in Spanish
Experience supporting music industry partnerships on digital platforms
