Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures to support the FieldStack platform
Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable database solutions
Enhance system performance by analyzing queries, indexing, and tuning for efficiency
Design and maintain data pipelines and integrations with automation tools and APIs
Support the integration of AI and machine learning models into the platform by preparing, structuring, and optimizing data
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across environments
Document data models, processes, and workflows to support ongoing improvements

Qualification

SQL developmentRelational database designData pipelinesProgramming/scripting languageAI/ML concepts

Required

3+ years of professional experience in SQL development (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Strong knowledge of relational database design, indexing, and query optimization
Experience developing stored procedures, triggers, and views
Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and automation frameworks
Exposure to AI/ML concepts and a willingness to learn how to apply them to SQL-driven workflows
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred

Understanding of cloud database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or GCP equivalents)
Proficiency in a programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or C#)
