Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute faculty-focused programs and signature events, including:
New Faculty Orientation and Reception
Newly Promoted and Tenured Faculty Reception
Celebration of Faculty Eminence
Academic Leadership Program
New Department Chairs Orientation Program
Tenure and Promotion WorkshopsTPAC Information Sessions
Faculty Fireside Chat Series
Council of Associate Dean Administrators Training
Academic Data Reporting initiatives
Other faculty-related lectures, programs, and special events
Direct the strategic planning and operational execution of Faculty Affairs programs, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and best practices
Serve as the primary coordinator for selected strategic initiatives within the Office of Faculty Affairs and, when applicable, the Office of the Provost (e.g., COACHE, FACET)
Develop work plans, timelines, and operational objectives to achieve program goals; monitor progress and assess outcomes
Manage all event and program logistics, including communications, scheduling, mailing lists, RSVPs, nametags, and on-site coordination
Research and analyze factors that impact program effectiveness and success; document program requirements to support strategic planning efforts
Assist in the development and coordination of conferences, conventions, and faculty-related meetings
Develop the TPAC meeting schedule each academic year
Upload meeting materials for TPAC review
Archiving and maintaining TPAC folders
Manage faculty actions database
Create and coordinate promotional materials, invitations, and program communications
Gather information and develop written content for reports, briefings, newsletters, grants, and other program-related materials
Maintain and update written content on the Office of Faculty Affairs website
Manage program and project budgets in collaboration with the Provost’s finance team
Monitor expenditures, participate in budget planning, and prepare financial and operational reports as needed
Conduct research, analyze data, and summarize trends related to faculty programs and initiatives
Prepare or assist in developing statistical and operational reports
May assist in identifying funding opportunities and supporting fundraising strategies
Supervise, coordinate, and mentor cross-functional contributors (including writers, photographers, and administrative staff) to ensure high-quality program delivery
Conduct trainings, represent Faculty Affairs programs at meetings and conferences, and cultivate relationships with internal and external partners
Perform additional related responsibilities as assigned

Required

A bachelor's degree in a field related to specified program areas
Five years related program management experience
An equivalent combination of experience, education, and training
