Responsibilities

Data Architecture & Design
Design scalable and high-performance Salesforce data models
Define object relationships, schema design, and data governance standards
Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Ensure optimal use of standard vs. custom objects
Establish naming conventions and data design best practices
Data Integration & Migration
Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, HR, Finance, Marketing tools, etc.)
Define integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools, MuleSoft)
Lead data migration strategies from legacy systems to Salesforce
Ensure data mapping, transformation, and validation accuracy
Data Governance & Quality
Implement data quality frameworks (deduplication, validation rules, normalization)
Define master data management (MDM) strategy
Establish data stewardship processes
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)

SOQL optimization knowledge
ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend)
Strong understanding of relational databases
Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
