Responsibilities
Closely interact with scientists and technical teams to carry out experiments and testing
Document observations and results in technical notebooks; assist in data summarization and preparation of final reports; report test results to appropriate staff
Coordinate equipment calibrations to ensure accurate calculations of test data
Perform routine lab duties, including shipping and storing of samples
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a laboratory setting within a private, public, government, or military environment
Associate's/Two (2) year technical degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
Ability to accept projects from multiple team members, prioritize tasks, and complete work with minimal supervision
Works well in a team environment and can handle changing project priorities
Experience with adhesives and tapes
Experience working on a cross-functional team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
Self-starter, self-motivated, and positive work style
