Responsibilities

Execute Epic Beaker maintenance and standard build work to reduce existing backlog
Perform repeatable, well-defined Beaker build tasks in accordance with established standards
Support ongoing Beaker AP and CP maintenance activities
Work closely with lab representatives to implement requested changes
Collaborate with an assigned Beaker analyst 'buddy' for workflow questions and lab coordination
Follow documented processes and escalate questions appropriately when needed
Update and complete assigned work efficiently to support overall team capacity

Epic Beaker build experienceProduction healthcare experienceServiceNow proficiencyMicrobiology build experienceOrder Transmittal experienceCommunication skills

Required

Ap and CP certified
Strong hands-on Epic Beaker build experience
Proven ability to work independently and efficiently as a senior-level 'doer'
Experience supporting Beaker in a production healthcare environment
Comfort working through maintenance backlogs and repeatable build work
Strong communication skills when working with lab stakeholders and internal teams

Preferred

Microbiology (Beaker Micro) build experience
Order Transmittal (OTx) experience
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
