Qualification
Required
Comfort being on the phone with customers and sending emails to customers
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring customer-centered solutions
Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is a plus
Additional education or training in a related field is a plus
