GTM Engineer - High Growth, Seed Stage AI Startup

Zearch is an AI-native B2B SaaS platform transforming how enterprises manage their intellectual property portfolios. They are seeking a GTM Engineer (Marketing-Focused) to architect and scale systems that drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue attribution, while optimizing marketing automation and analytics.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize marketing automation (HubSpot or similar)
Design lead capture, enrichment, routing, and scoring systems
Build segmentation logic aligned to ICPs and buyer personas
Implement automated nurture and lifecycle marketing workflows
Integrate CRM, marketing, and product data for unified funnel tracking
Build dashboards for MQL → SQL → Pipeline → Revenue conversion
Implement multi-touch attribution models
Track CAC, campaign ROI, payback periods, and funnel velocity
Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend experiments
Design and implement A/B testing infrastructure (email, landing pages, ads)
Automate outbound personalization workflows
Deploy AI tools for prospect research, content personalization, and campaign optimization
Support ABM (Account-Based Marketing) initiatives with enriched data and intent signals
Build internal GPT workflows for campaign creation and optimization
Automate list building, enrichment, and segmentation
Connect data sources via APIs to reduce manual work
Continuously identify automation opportunities across the funnel
Partner with Sales to improve lead quality and pipeline conversion
Work with Product to incorporate usage data into expansion campaigns
Support leadership with forecasting and growth modeling

Qualification

Required

3–6+ years in Marketing Ops, Growth Engineering, RevOps (marketing-heavy), or similar
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS demand generation funnels
Experience with CRM systems and sales-marketing alignment
Proficiency in data analysis (SQL preferred; strong Excel/Sheets required)
Experience implementing attribution models
Automation tools (Zapier, Make, Clay, Clearbit, Apollo, etc.)
Analytics/BI tools (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar)
Landing page optimization and conversion tracking
API integrations

Preferred

Experience in enterprise SaaS with long sales cycles
Experience marketing to legal, compliance, or innovation teams
Familiarity with AI-driven marketing workflows
Startup experience (early or growth stage)
