Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled services and agent?based workflows
Build and maintain API-driven backend services supporting AI?powered applications
Contribute to frontend components and user interfaces supporting AI workflows
Implement multi-step AI workflows with tool usage, data retrieval, and external system integrations
Integrate AI systems with enterprise data platforms and business systems
Develop and maintain observability, logging, and monitoring for AI services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and governance requirements
Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to platform standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of professional software engineering experience
Experience building and operating backend APIs and services
Hands-on experience with MCPs and AI workflows
Experience designing and operating containerized services (Docker, sandboxing)
Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
Proficiency with SQL and relational database design
Experience deploying and operating cloud-native applications in production environments
Preferred
Experience designing or operating agent-based AI systems in enterprise environments
Experience with PostgreSQL
Prompt engineering experience
Familiarity with Claude Agent SDK, Anthropic tools, or similar agent frameworks
Experience with AI observability/tracing tools (e.g., LangFuse)
Experience using Node.js ORMs such as Prisma or Drizzle
Experience building APIs with Express, Fastify, or similar frameworks
Experience contributing to frontend/UI development for AI applications
Familiarity with React and modern frontend practices
Experience using Shadcn UI or similar component libraries
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
