Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain PLC, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
Program and troubleshoot control systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, DeltaV, etc.)
Integrate automation systems with MES, historian, and data management platforms
Support equipment commissioning, startup, and validation activities
Ensure systems comply with FDA regulations, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements
Provide technical support to production and engineering teams
Troubleshoot automation issues and minimize downtime
Qualification
Required
