Procurement Coordinator
Ryan Street Architects is seeking an experienced candidate to join their Interior Design team. The role involves managing FFE budgets, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring quality standards for furniture and accessory installations.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed FFE budgets for all interior design projects, ensuring alignment with client scope and financial targets
Serve as the sole point of purchase for all furniture, fixtures, accessories, and décor items across projects
Place, track, and manage all purchase orders from approval through delivery and installation
Maintain accurate records of all purchases, invoices, and vendor documentation
Track project spending and provide regular budget updates to designers and accounting
Lead monthly coordination meetings with the accounting team to reconcile budgets, invoices, and payments
Manage daily communication with vendors regarding pricing, lead times, availability, shipping, and order issues
Oversee receiving warehouse operations for interiors, including logging, inspecting, storing, and organizing incoming items
Coordinate and manage all furniture and accessory installations, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and quality standards are met
Identify and resolve order discrepancies, damages, backorders, and delivery delays
Create and maintain procurement tracking systems to support multiple projects simultaneously
Perform other tasks as assigned
Must be a self-starter willing to take initiative in a diverse range of projects operating in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of relevant experience required
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required
Articulate communicator
Strong time management and organizational skills
Solution oriented
Demonstrates self-motivation and initiative, works with minimal supervision
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite
Reliable car and willing to travel
Preferred
Knowledge in Studio Designer preferred
