USA-Enterprise Data Operations Specialist

Responsibilities
Responsible for customer and contract creation, customer pricing & fee changes, and Enterprise cancellation through system tools in all relevant systems
Executes corrections on any inaccuracies discovered in customer & contract creation, and contract updates. Must be able to deliver a high volume of work with extreme accuracy
Support customer sales order management responsibilities: Updating/canceling sales orders and resolving orders that did not process or invoice
Responsible for processing maintenance requests of various Master Data Management elements in SAP S4 to ensure accurate customer data is produced for reporting and invoicing. This may include requests for customer master updates, contract edits, material updates, sales order edits, etc
Responsible for every data element to be an accurate representation of our Customer base in addition to the services and prices that they have contracted for
Able to root cause Customer issues based upon data inaccuracies and provide data oriented solutions to increase customer satisfaction and insure throughput of revenue. By identifying the issue for customers, will be able to determine if a data correction is required
Review, create and approve new/existing customer and material item master requests for all North America locations. Manage and process daily requests from multiple departments to add, edit or update customer or material master records in SAP
Is fluent (and remains current) in all service lines offered in Stericycle’s Secure Information Destruction (SID) and Regulated Waste Compliance Services (RWCS) divisions in both the US and Canada, as well as every iteration of pricing methodology and fees for all Accounts
Receives, organizes and executes data projects. This includes pulling and comparing reports from CRM and other systems, interpreting that data on behalf of other partners, identifying and raising technical/system issues and communicating results and progress back to various partners
Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data for correct packaging of inputs prior to system entry
Works with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience
