Data Entry Specialist
Saicon is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support various administrative tasks. The role involves data entry, document management, report preparation, scheduling, and compliance support.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and update information in company systems and databases
Organize, file, and maintain records (digital and physical) for easy retrieval
Generate standard reports using predefined templates; ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Assist with meeting scheduling, calendar management, and logistical support
Ensure documentation meets company standards and regulatory requirements
Perform simple validations to ensure data integrity (e.g., checking for missing fields)
Respond to internal inquiries and provide clerical support across departments
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with data systems (basic knowledge required)
Preferred
Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles
Familiarity with data entry and document control processes
