This role will support a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation by coordinating initiatives across business owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners, focusing on end-to-end Order-to-Cash capabilities.

Responsibilities
Maintain the transformation portfolio plan covering business readiness and SAP initiatives
Manage sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and risks—focused on OTC initiatives
Support intake, prioritization, and scope governance aligned to strategy and value drivers
Ensure compliance with governance, stage gates, and decision frameworks
Prepare executive-ready materials for Steering Committees and portfolio reviews
Partner with Business Owners and Enterprise Process Owners to define objectives, scope, and success measures
Build participation plans with Deployment, Change, and Training Leads
Track engagement commitments and identify capacity risks
Facilitate alignment when priorities or dependencies conflict
Align business priorities with SAP, Data, and IT delivery plans
Provide visibility into SAP progress, risks, and readiness impacts
Ensure integration across process, data, reporting, and technology domains
Align System Integrators to OTC priorities and governance standards
Track partner deliverables, dependencies, and risks
Support issue escalation and reinforce quality and knowledge transfer
Coordinate enterprise readiness baselining, planning, and milestone tracking
Partner with Data, Change, Training, and Communications leads
Escalate readiness risks related to timing, capacity, or adoption
Maintain portfolio-level risks, issues, and dependencies
Track benefits, KPIs, and value realization
Shift reporting from task completion to business capability outcomes
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
Proven ability to manage portfolio planning and governance
Experience in engaging with Business Owners and Process Owners
Ability to coordinate with SAP, Data, and IT teams
Experience in managing third-party and system integrator relationships
Strong skills in business readiness and adoption planning
Ability to track risks, dependencies, and value realization
Excellent communication skills for preparing executive-ready materials
Experience in facilitating alignment among stakeholders
