Responsibilities
Business rebrand, bigger to smaller brand architecture
Working w/ supplier and internal teams to gather info (ex. Inventory, gather documents for claim validations)
Workflow w/ direct tasks need to be done
Working off of expected tasks – project management heavy
Help scale the full time team who are focusing on other tasks
May be creating trackers
Making sure team mates are meeting deadlines, and moving through tasks within correct time frame
Manage stakeholders
Working with cross functional teams
Qualification
Required
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Strategic thinking and problem-solving expertise
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in resource allocation and budget management
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Stakeholder management and relationship building
Risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
Attention to detail with focus on quality outcomes
Four to seven years of progressive experience in project or program management
Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex projects
Bachelor's degree in related field
