Responsibilities
Design measurement frameworks against business objectives
Create reports and dashboards that people actually look at
Turn social listening, media monitoring, and analytics platforms into strategic insights
Stay ahead of how AI is changing what's possible in measurement
Qualification
Required
3+ years doing earned or social media analytics (agency experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with Talkwalker, Meltwater or similar monitoring platforms
Understanding of database and dashboard creation and management
Ability to translate complex data into clear stories
Excel/data visualization skills that go beyond basic charts
Strong communication and project management skills across multiple clients and deadlines
Genuine curiosity about the why behind the numbers
