Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise and coordinate for day to day deliverables for the team
Assist in the technical design of large business systems
Build applications, interfaces between applications, understand data security, retention, and recovery
Research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions
Contribute to technology-specific best practices & standards
Contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability and scalability
Contribute expertise on significant application components, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc
Guide/mentor the team during the build and test phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX / New York, NY / Atlanta, GA / Pennington, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations

Experience as Developer in J2EE technologies and framework such as: Spring, JDBC, JMS, SOAP/REST API, etc. for integration
Experience in Angular or React
Preferred
Experience with any enterprise web server preferably Websphere or JBoss
Experience in software development life cycle
Experience in Banking domain
Experience implementing modern micro-services architectures
Knowledge in Continuous Integration/Deployment and Container automation
Understand and convert macro level requirements into actionable tasks
Troubleshooting and Performance tuning of the application for SLA enhancements
Knowledge in application lifecycle including maintenance, release management, critical bug fixing and ensure error free delivery of the software solution
Experience in Troubleshoot problems in Production and lower environments
Good understanding of Message Oriented Middleware (MOMs)/JMS/MQ
Strong communication and Analytical skills
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
