Responsibilities
You’ll underwrite individual properties and entire portfolios, building and tweaking the financial models that determine whether we win or walk away from new acquisitions and refinancing deals
Transform raw data into compelling narratives. You’ll analyze portfolio performance and create detailed reports and investor presentations that clearly communicate the story behind the numbers to lenders and partners
Be a key player in our deal flow. You’ll coordinate the frantic, fast-paced delivery of due diligence materials to prospective buyers and help keep both acquisitions and dispositions moving at full speed
Get your hands dirty by conducting deep-dive property-level analyses of financials, market trends, and operational realities to uncover risks and opportunities others might miss
Go beyond spreadsheets and generate engaging content for investor updates and newsletters, helping us keep our partners informed and excited
Qualification
Required
An incoming Junior or Senior currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Math, or a related field
Someone who speaks Excel and isn't afraid of a complex financial model (prior experience with financial modeling is a must)
A natural communicator who can articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, both in writing and in person
A master of the Microsoft Office suite
Preferred
Prior experience in real estate, investment banking, or private equity
