This role focuses on delivering complex post-sales implementations and requires leading technical delivery while working directly with customers to design and deploy solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery of post-sales B2B SaaS implementations

Own 8–12 week implementation cycles (not 1-day deployments)

Manage implementations involving multiple engineers / cross-functional teams

Delegate work across your pod while maintaining technical oversight

Work directly with customers to design and deploy solutions

Solve complex, real-world engineering problems in live environments

Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams

Help shape implementation best practices as the company scales

Required

CS Bachelor's degree

Proficiency in any programming language (JavaScript a plus)

Strong SQL skills

Comfortable coding in live customer environments

5+ years in technical delivery / implementations

Experience leading multi-resource SaaS implementations

Strong post-sales B2B SaaS implementation background

Customer-facing experience

Experience with resource delegation and delivery ownership

Startup or scale-up experience

Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
