Responsibilities
Lead commercial and industrial electrical projects from award to completion
Prepare accurate estimates, takeoffs, and proposals for electrical work
Coordinate field electricians, foremen, subcontractors, and material deliveries
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and change orders to maintain profitability
Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, and reports
Communicate with general contractors, owners, and internal teams regarding scope, progress, and timelines
Ensure projects are executed following safety protocols and industry standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction
Strong estimating, budgeting, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements
Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
