Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and efficient frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern UI component patterns
Define and enforce frontend coding standards, architectural patterns, and best practices
Develop new features, enhancements, and UI improvements aligned with product requirements
Produce high-quality code and participate in solution design as a senior engineer
Create and maintain automated tests using Jest and React Testing Library
Conduct peer code reviews and ensure code quality and maintainability
Architect frontend application structures to ensure scalability, performance, and security
Collaborate with backend engineers, architects, and product teams to support system integration and design consistency
Evaluate emerging frontend technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Utilize React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Redux/Context, Vite/Webpack, and modern build tooling
Integrate RESTful APIs into frontend applications
Work with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines
Optimize application performance, accessibility, user experience, and reliability
Apply AI-augmented development, including AWS Bedrock and prompt engineering
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance team environment
Effectively communicate technical concepts and decisions to stakeholders
Mentor and support the growth of engineering team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience building modern web applications
4+ years of hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Experience with AI prompt engineering and AWS Bedrock
