MS Dynamics Power Platform Architect
Cynet Systems is seeking an MS Dynamics Power Platform Architect responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role involves technical leadership, client engagement, and ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and best practices.

Responsibilities
Facilitate detailed solution design based on business requirements and support construction and deployment
Lead technical workshops with business and technology partners to design architecture solutions
Design scalable and upgradable customizations aligned with product roadmaps
Provide technical leadership and accountability for end-to-end solution delivery
Lead technical efforts for pre-sales engagements and develop proofs of concept
Implement integration strategies across upstream and downstream systems
Manage cloud platform resources and ensure secure and reliable connectivity
Drive best practices for scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 12 to 14 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules
Experience setting up Power Platform Center of Excellence and supporting citizen developers
Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, AI Foundry, and agentic capabilities
Experience designing solutions in a Service-Oriented Architecture environment
Experience with middleware tools, preferably MuleSoft
Experience in Dynamics 365 online and on-premise implementations, including prior versions
Experience designing highly available and scalable Dynamics 365 architectures
Hands-on development experience with C#, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, MS Developer Toolkit, and SSRS
Strong knowledge of integration architecture and mapping integration patterns to functional use cases
Experience integrating MS CRM with third-party systems using middleware tools, REST APIs, OData, Web APIs, and SSIS packages
Experience using Azure services such as Azure Functions and Service Bus for integrations
Experience building PCF controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate integrations
Experience in data migration, data analysis, data mapping, and data harmonization using out-of-the-box and third-party tools
Experience in reporting architecture using SSRS and Power BI
Understanding of security models, connectivity, and cloud resource management
Experience setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems using standard DevOps tools
Exposure to cloud-based information management strategy and deployment
Experience in Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
Experience with Azure Data Factory preferred
Knowledge of Dynamics 365 features such as Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, and Customer Voice
Exposure to financial services or banking domain
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales certification preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service certification preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customizations certification preferred
Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred
