Responsibilities
Serve as front-line Manufacturing Engineer supporting the operations team in a clean room environment
Lead troubleshooting of equipment, safety, quality, and process-related issues on the production floor
Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to support daily production schedules
Support new production equipment implementation, process improvements, and cost reduction initiatives
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve productivity and operational efficiency
Train and coach assemblers and technicians on manufacturing processes and testing procedures
Analyze test data, interpret product performance trends, and drive yield improvement initiatives
Perform scrap analysis and lead root cause investigations
Recommend and implement changes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost
Communicate production updates and technical findings across shifts and with leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline
Two to five years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related engineering field
Experience supporting production in a regulated manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Experience supporting new product introductions
Experience in clean room manufacturing environments
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory compliance requirements
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and yield optimization
