They are seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst / PeopleSoft FSCM Specialist to perform PeopleSoft FSCM combination edits clean-up and correction, while working closely with business stakeholders to assess and redefine combination edit configurations.

Responsibilities
Perform PeopleSoft FSCM combination edits clean-up and correction
Work closely with business stakeholders and Finance Production Support (Financial Systems Team) to assess and redefine combination edit configurations
Gather and document current combination edit requirements
Review existing combination edit configurations and identify gaps between business requirements and current state
Analyze and document drivers for enabling/disabling specific combination edit groups at different times
Develop modifications or replacements to existing combination edit groups and rules
Document detailed changes to combination edit groups, rules, and underlying Trees
Ensure documentation clearly identifies and explains all edits addressed
Test configuration changes and provide documented validation evidence that updates function as intended
Demonstrate hands-on experience configuring and correcting combination edits within PeopleSoft FSCM v9.1
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related technical field
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial systems support and analysis
Minimum 4 years of experience in a senior-level financial systems role supporting system enhancements, process improvements, or upgrades
Demonstrated hands-on experience defining, configuring, and revising combination edits in PeopleSoft FSCM v9.1
Preferred
Experience working in public sector, federal, state, or local government environments preferred
