Responsibilities
Requirements, technical specifications, plans, Agency Standards, etc., to ensure full execution of the construction contract
Organize, track, and distribute construction documents including change orders, Plan clarifications, RFIs, Directives, Meeting minutes, General correspondence (letters, emails, faxes, photo logs, etc) and Submittals and transmittals
Ensure accuracy, version control, and timely routing of documents to the appropriate stakeholders
Maintain detailed logs and ensure compliance with Agency documentation requirements
Support Project teams in retrieving and distributing documents during construction activities
Assist in preparing reports, audits, and Project close-out documentation
Ensure secure storage and proper archiving of Project records
Qualification
Required
A minimum five (5) years of experience with document control
Familiarity with PMIS systems including ACC and OpenSpace
Familiarity with all aspects of construction documents, including the General Conditions, General
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with industry-standard document control systems
