Sharp Brains Recruitment is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to act as the sole IT resource for the state. The individual will monitor the ticket queue, provide on-site technical support, and serve as local support for remote infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the incident and service request ticket queue for the assigned location
Provide immediate on-site support for major incidents, including hardware failures or infrastructure outages
Act as local “eyes and hands” support for remote Networking and Server teams
Assist in troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, cabling checks, reboots, equipment replacements, and escalation handling
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely incident resolution
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders during outages or critical incidents
Ensure adherence to SLA commitments and operational standards
Work closely with centralized Networking and Server teams
Escalate critical issues promptly and provide real-time updates
Ensure smooth coordination between onsite and remote technical teams
