Sales Enablement Trainer
Paysafe is a leading payments platform focused on enabling seamless transactions for businesses and consumers. The Sales Enablement Trainer is responsible for driving enablement initiatives for the SMB channel, designing impactful training programs, and supporting large-scale agent recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute training programs specifically tailored for SMB sales strategies and agent recruitment
Create onboarding frameworks for large volumes of new agents, ensuring rapid ramp-up and consistent performance
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and HR to design comprehensive training plans, including materials, tutorials, and digital learning resources
Research and recommend platforms for delivering scalable training content
Access and curate content across Paysafe to support sales enablement initiatives
Deliver engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) for agents and internal teams
Conduct needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance data
Track training effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics
Maintain a centralized repository of training materials
Coordinate enrollment, schedules, and logistics for training programs
Partner with external vendors for instructional technology when needed
Support additional enablement projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or education or a related field such as Business or Communication, required or experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 2 years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position, required
Experience designing training curriculum, strategies, and initiatives
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software
Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident public speaker
Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead when needed
Strict adherence to company philosophy, mission statement, and sales goals
Preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in the payments industry, preferred
Certification from talent and training associations is a plus
