Responsibilities
Facilitate the annual FP&A goal and OKR setting process and track/drive the execution of those goals
Streamline and own planning, intake, and prioritization processes across FP&A on key priorities related to Data and AI, systems enhancements and process improvements, ensuring alignment with the Company and Finance team’s goals and strategy
Manage multiple complex, cross-functional programs, including working with stakeholders from IT, Engineering, Sales, and other Finance teams
Collaborate with FP&A teams to document and evaluate existing FP&A processes
Drive end-to-end FP&A process optimization and standardization, leading the re-architecting of processes as necessary ensuring success criteria and metrics are achieved, and stakeholder enablement is completed
Partner with cross-functional and internal Finance teams to implement scalable, automated solutions leveraging our Databricks product as well as AI and machine learning tools where applicable
Support the design and buildout of an FP&A organization that supports Databricks’ growth
Facilitate recurring FP&A leadership meetings and FP&A all-hands meetings, including creating agendas and content
Lead executive communications and reporting to ensure transparency on project progress, risks, and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
8+ years of experience working in or with FP&A teams
8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs with demonstrated success in process optimization and automation
Expertise in program management, executive communications, reporting, and metrics
Experience implementing or managing AI and automation tools within Finance organizations
Expertise in planning, OKRs, and QBRs
Experience in process improvement and optimization
Proficiency with JIRA, project management tools, and reporting systems
Expert-level presentation skills, including the ability to develop impactful presentations using Google Slides
Preferred
SaaS industry experience is a plus
SQL or Python experience is a plus
