Responsibilities
Analyze purchasing trends, spend data, and supplier performance metrics
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic sourcing initiatives
Prepare reports, dashboards, and forecasts for leadership review
Assist with RFPs, RFQs, contract analysis, and vendor negotiations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast needs
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
Maintain supplier databases, pricing records, and procurement documentation
Support process improvement and automation initiatives
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain analysis experience
Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
Experience with ERP or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, etc.)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Experience with cost modeling and financial analysis
Knowledge of contract terms and supplier risk evaluation
Familiarity with procurement compliance standards
