Responsibilities
Performs preventive maintenance duties on air handling units, motors, exhaust fans, fan coil units, DX (Direct Expanse) units, PTAC (Package Terminal Air Conditioner) units, window units, RTU (Roof Top Units), cooling towers, and generators, totaling over 500 units
Repairs and maintains heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in buildings or complexes requiring total HVAC capacity of 20 tons or more
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience or training in the installation and/or maintenance of heating, ventilating, or air conditioning systems
