Responsibilities
Coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision and proactive problem-solving
Managing operational workflows across virtual and in-person programming environments
Designing and maintaining robust data collection and reporting systems
Utilizing project management tools to track progress and ensure high-quality delivery
Breaking down complex operational challenges into clear, executable plans
Building trust-based relationships with internal and external partners
Continuously improving processes through technology and innovative approaches
Working in fast-paced, mission-driven environments that require adaptability and strategic thinking
Qualification
Required
5–7+ years of experience in program operations, project management, or complex operational roles
Proven ability to translate high-level direction into detailed operational plans
Strong experience with event planning, logistics, and coordination
Demonstrated skill in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management tools like Asana
Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
Comfort working independently in dynamic, ambiguous environments
Interest in leveraging AI and technology to improve operational efficiency
Preferred
Background in education, nonprofit, or mission-driven sectors preferred
Practitioner-level AI fluency, with the ability to identify and implement AI-enabled workflow improvements
