Responsibilities
Implement and build Smartsheet solutions, utilizing Control Center and other premium features
Build reports and dashboards to provide visibility and insights on our project portfolios
Contribute to AI automation and insight solutions leveraging Smartsheet and other tools
Proactively identify and help implement ways to increase adoption and client satisfaction
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
Fosters and builds a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple competing priorities within and across multiple projects at the same time
Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork
Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures
Regular and reliable attendance
Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day
Ability and means to travel between local facilities
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Experience with Smartsheet
Moderate proficiency with MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with Smartsheet premium apps such as Control Center, Data Shuttle, Dynamic View, and Resource Management
Experience with a variety of project management tools (Smartsheet, JIRA, Monday)
Experience with AI tools
Experience with Smartsheet, Jira and/or Monday
Experience with project management experience to include tracking and reporting responsibilities for a large project portfolio
