Ability to identify gaps and recommend system improvements
Experience supporting compliance and credentialing workflows
Ability to translate operational needs into practical technical solutions
Comfort operating in regulated healthcare environments
Ability to balance governance with agility as the organization scales
Continuous-improvement mindset leveraging existing configurations, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency, data integrity, reporting, and user experience
