Mr. Handyman is a team of licensed general contractors serving homeowners with high-quality repair and remodeling services. They are seeking a self-motivated Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms
Build trust and rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and recommending our services as the ideal solution
Convert incoming leads into booked jobs through effective communication, follow-up, and relationship-building
Accurately enter and update customer information and job details in ServiceTitan
Ensure all appointments, notes, and follow-ups are scheduled without missing any important details
Handle rescheduling, cancellations, and service-related questions with professionalism and empathy
Provide detailed explanations of our services, pricing, process, and availability to homeowners in a clear and friendly manner
Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
Follow up on open estimates and unsold jobs to maximize revenue opportunities
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve skills and processes

Required

5+ years of inside sales experience in home services, contracting, or a similar field
Proficiency with ServiceTitan is required — including scheduling, CRM management, and dispatching workflows
Excellent phone and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of homeowner personalities
Strong written communication and organizational skills
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision
Comfortable handling multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
