Responsibilities

Perform root cause analysis of complex electromechanical hardware system failures
Rework, repair, and update units as needed to meet company quality standards
Conduct functional testing and verification to ensure units operate to specification
Unbox, inspect, clean, and repackage inventory
Label and organize units by product type and condition
Communicate recurring issues or design feedback to the engineering and operations teams
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area

Required

2+ years of experience performing hardware technician responsibilities
Strong mechanical skills, with experience using a variety of hand tools
Ability to stand and move for extended periods; comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs
Punctual, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
Strong organizational and communication skills
Must be available for the full project duration
