Office Administrator & Purchasing Agent I
Curbco is a company focused on providing HVAC retrofit solutions, and they are seeking a Humble, Hungry, and Smart Office Administrator. The Office Administrator & Purchasing Agent I will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing office tasks, and assisting with inventory and order processing.

Responsibilities
Welcome walk-in visitors and vendors who need assistance
Receive payments from customers via paypal, cash, or check
Receive packing slips from packages
Own office tasks including filling, scanning, and managing office supplies
Assist with incoming phone calls
Manage the weekly office cleaning service and ensure all tasks are being completed
Communicate with other teams for supply needs
Restock and refill office supplies regularly
Assist with managing account and contact records in CRM
Support Shipping and Order Processing as needed, including walk-ins
Scan deposits daily
Communicate upcoming events
Post upcoming events
Monthly team building events
Special luncheons
Assist with inventory and ordering process as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong professional phone etiquette and friendly face-to-face interaction
Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Strong CRM and spreadsheet skills preferred
Preferred
Bilingual preferred - Spanish
