Responsibilities
7+ years of experience leading and/or hands‑on developing Data Warehouse, data integration, or data engineering projects
Proven leadership: history of owning deliverables and guiding teams to complete complex, time‑boxed projects
Strong Informatica expertise: extensive experience building and maintaining mappings, workflows, parameterization, reusable components, and deployment packages
Advanced SQL skills: ability to write, profile, and optimize complex SQL; experience with query tuning, indexing strategies, and analyzing execution plans
Data modeling knowledge: dimensional and normalized modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and metadata management
Experience with ELT and modern stacks: Databricks or INFROMATICA platforms preferred
Solid troubleshooting skills for production support, performance issues, and data quality problems
Excellent communication skills: able to explain technical tradeoffs to business stakeholders and produce clear documentation
Mentor and coach who builds team capability and encourages knowledge sharing
Customer‑focused with the ability to balance urgent fixes and long‑term architecture
Analytical problem solver who uses data to drive decisions
Organized and detail oriented with a bias for documentation and repeatable processes
Collaborative across architects, QA, business analysts, and operations
