Responsibilities
Lead a talented team of engineers in building and scaling the core infrastructure that powers our application
Oversee the development of intuitive features for music remixing, user interactions, and integrations with music ecosystems
Manage the full software development lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment
Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative culture
Partner with product, design, and growth teams to translate user needs into robust, scalable systems
Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and agile methodologies
Implement tools for monitoring, security, and performance optimization
Recruit and develop a high-performing engineering team
Contribute hands-on to critical projects, solving complex challenges in real-time audio processing, data management, and cloud infrastructure
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading software engineering teams
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
Proficiency in architecture design and deployment
Experience with user interaction and music remixing features
