Responsibilities
Staff supervision: Recruit, train, schedule and assign daily tasks for custodians, ensuring proper coverage and workload distribution
Work Quality: Inspect completed work, ensuring it meets established standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety
Supply & Equipment: Issue supplies, manage inventory, order new stock, and ensure equipment (vacuums, buffers, etc.) is maintained and used correctly
Record keeping: Maintain time/attendance records. Track supply usage, and prepare reports for management
Building Maintenance: Report needed repairs (leaks ,broken fixtures) to maintenance departments
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and proper key management for access
Training new hires and provide ongoing training/education
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in custodial, housekeeping, groundskeeping, or food service work
Criminal background check and reference verification is required
