Responsibilities
Own the Overall Proactive Engagement Strategy Across CuraLinc’s Platform and Services
Lead the Development and Ongoing Refinement of the Member Engagement Model and Progression Framework
Define and Manage the Continuum of Engagement Levers, from Low-Friction Nudges to Higher-Intensity Interventions
Establish Clear Guidance for When, Why, and How Engagement Levers Should Be Activated Across Member Segments
Partner Closely with Client Success, Product, Content, Clinical, Data, and Operations Teams to Embed Engagement Strategy into Workflows and Experiences
Translate Behavioral Insights and Data Signals into Actionable Engagement Strategies
Define Success Metrics Tied to Engagement Quality, Progression, and Outcomes
Use Performance Data and Experimentation to Continuously Improve and Scale Engagement Initiatives
Qualification
Required
7+ Years of Experience in Engagement Strategy, Behavioral Design, Member Experience, Digital Health, or a Related Field
Proven Experience Designing and Leading Strategic Frameworks or Systems, Not Just Executing Tactics
Strong Understanding of Behavior Change Principles and Their Application in Real-World Settings
Experience Influencing Cross-Functional Teams and Aligning Stakeholders Around a Shared Strategy
Ability to Bring Structure, Clarity, and Momentum to Complex or Ambiguous Initiatives
Preferred
Experience in Healthcare, Mental Health, Wellness, or Benefits-Related Environments
Background Working with Personalization, Segmentation, or Lifecycle-Based Engagement Models
Experience Partnering with Analytics or Data Teams to Inform Strategic Decision-Making
