Responsibilities
Travel to client or internal locations to provide hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
Set up desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network hardware (routers, switches, access points)
Upgrades: Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, and system upgrades
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software malfunctions
Assist end-users with technical issues, provide training on systems and applications
Assist in basic network troubleshooting, cabling, and connectivity issues
Maintain accurate records of work performed, asset inventory, and service reports
Work closely with the IT Service Desk, infrastructure teams, and vendors for escalations
Follow company IT policies, data security guidelines, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience: 1–3 years in IT support, field services, or a similar role
Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and/or Linux environments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
Printer, scanner, and peripheral troubleshooting
Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Frequent travel to client or office locations within assigned region
Ability to lift and transport equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
May require after-hours or weekend work for urgent issues or installations
Preferred
Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or equivalent
