Responsibilities
Translate strategy into operating plans that accelerate customer value, ARR growth, and innovation delivery
Identify gaps in prioritisation, product-market alignment, or resource deployment and drive resolution
Build executive-level insights on competitive trends, innovation opportunities, and platform transformation
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve speed-to-market, scalability, and execution discipline
Drive adoption of modern operating frameworks and governance models
Champion digital-first ways of working, automation, and data-driven decision-making
Strengthen leadership rhythm: operating reviews, QBRs, offsites, exec meetings
Own high-impact strategic programmes (AI initiatives, platform integration, process modernisation)
Support M&A execution and special projects across the Americas portfolio
Ensure President-level priorities are delivered: anticipate risks, remove blockers, maintain alignment
Partner with Finance and functional leaders to monitor and improve key SaaS outcomes including: ARR growth, churn reduction, delivery velocity, customer adoption, and operational performance
Create board-ready materials, transformation roadmaps, and executive narratives
Build trust across technical and commercial teams to surface issues early and accelerate execution
Qualification
Required
10+ years in strategy, operations, transformation, consulting, or programme leadership roles
Strong experience operating in a SaaS / software business, ideally high-growth and acquisition-heavy
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional transformation across product, engineering, sales, finance, and customer functions
Executive-level communication skills (board materials, leadership messaging, strategic storytelling)
Strong commercial and analytical mindset who is able to connect execution to revenue and customer outcomes
Comfortable partnering directly with C-suite / President-level leadership
