Talent Groups is seeking an Epic Beacon Protocol Analyst to support the identification, analysis, build, testing, training, and implementation of Beacon areas. The role involves working on Hematology Oncology and Radiation Oncology workflows while ensuring adherence to project timelines and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the successful identification, analysis, build, testing, training, and implementation of Beacon areas
Work and build Hematology Oncology and Radiation Oncology workflows
Work directly with all applications to ensure the Beacon build stays on track according to project timelines
Escalate any issues or risks to the Ancillary Director and Beacon Lead immediately after identification and actively participate in migration strategy and issue resolution
Work both independently and as part of a team to accomplish all assigned tasks
Mentor other colleagues on the team to ensure successful knowledge sharing is occurring
Perform other duties as required

Required

Beacon certified
Past experience (extensive) protocol build and validation experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience and 2 full life cycle implementations
