Responsibilities
Facilitate discovery and define requirements for complex, cross-functional projects
Partner with senior leaders to set KPIs, success metrics, and analytical frameworks
Conduct advanced data analyses on large datasets to drive strategic decisions
Develop and manage executive-level reporting, dashboards, and data visualizations
Translate business queries into analytical, functional, and technical specifications
Qualification
Required
Expert-level proficiency in SQL
Strong experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience in Python or R for data analysis
Demonstrated experience in the healthcare domain is required for this role, providing insights that align with the organization's business strategy and operations
